1. Agreement

  • SEO and digital marketing

Scope is defined in your proposal, invoice, or agreement.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms are outlined per project
  • Deposits and milestone payments may be required
  • Work may pause for non-payment

Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee
  • Accounts overdue by 15+ days may result in paused services

4. No Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable after 24 hours
  • Once work begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance
  • Cancellation does not relieve payment obligations for completed or in-progress work

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide content, access, and approvals promptly
  • Ensure rights to all submitted materials
  • Communicate in a timely manner

Delays caused by the client may extend timelines.

6. Scope & Additional Work (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately
  • Additional requests, revisions, or features may incur fees
  • Verbal approvals or requests may be treated as billable changes

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership transfers only after full payment
  • Web Labz may showcase work for marketing purposes
  • Unpaid work remains property of Web Labz

8. Third-Party Tools

We utilize third-party platforms such as:

  • GoHighLevel
  • WordPress
  • Hosting services

We are not responsible for outages, bugs, or limitations of third-party systems.

9. Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Lead volume
  • Revenue outcomes

Marketing results depend on multiple external factors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koda Media LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Website downtime
  • Third-party failures

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made
  • Terms are violated
  • Communication breaks down

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Payments, Refunds & Billing

All payments made to Koda Media LLC, DBA Web Labz, are non-refundable after 24 hours. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Chargebacks

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback:

  • You agree to contact Web Labz first to resolve the issue
  • Any work delivered will be considered accepted
  • You are responsible for all fees, costs, and time associated with the dispute
  • Web Labz reserves the right to suspend services and revoke access to delivered assets

Maintenance & Subscription Billing

All website maintenance and hosting services are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew each billing cycle.

  • Services will continue unless canceled
  • A 30-day notice is required to cancel any recurring service
  • No partial refunds or prorated billing will be issued
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension, including website downtime
