DSA Sarasota

This project involved a full redesign and rebuild of the Downtown Sarasota Alliance (DSA) website, focused on improving usability, visual presentation, and community engagement while better reflecting the organization’s mission of supporting and strengthening downtown Sarasota.

The previous website structure was modernized into a more intuitive, user-friendly experience with clear navigation and improved content hierarchy. Key focus areas included the organization’s core initiatives such as community events, membership programs, city guides, and downtown improvement efforts.

The new design highlights DSA’s role as a central hub for residents, business owners, and visitors by making it easier to access important information, explore upcoming events, and understand membership benefits. The site was also optimized for mobile responsiveness, faster load times, and improved overall performance.

Special attention was given to content clarity and conversion flow, ensuring users can quickly find ways to get involved, join the alliance, or stay updated through newsletters and events.

Overall, the rebuild transforms the website into a more engaging, accessible, and community-focused digital presence that aligns with DSA’s mission of making downtown Sarasota a more vibrant place to live, work, and visit.
